We came out from Phoenix and wanted a nice quiet supper, what a surprise, it was so loud. Of course it was nice for outside seating. The weather was perfect with a nice cool breeze so we could also enjoy the sunset. The food was delicious. We're not much for smash burgers, but the Red Bird Classic was pretty pretty darn good, and big with 2 patties. The 3 taco deal was fantastic. Barria, Pollo Asado, Chili Rajas was amazing. Tons of flavor, like a party in your mouth. Carne Asada tacos were perfectly cooked. The Harvest Salad w/ Chicken was big enough for two, AND was served as such. Bella was our server and she was great, we were a high maintenance table and she took it in stride, with a wonderful sense of humor. When we get back down to Tucson we'll make it a point to stop at Red Bird, but we'll be sitting outside, unless it's in the middle of summer of course. LOL!

Fun surprise. We're new to the Tucson scene, and living up north we are discovering new eating joints. Seeing Redbird while driving, we pulled in for dinner. We were greeted with a warm smile and seated right away. Our server brought water and menus with a swagger. She knew we were in for a treat, and the show began. Drinks were great, and priced right. The food was perfectly prepared and presented. Ingredients and recipes are genuine. The flavor was really good. Price was proper, great value. Fun finish, hot towels for a post meal cleaniing!

Wow. Absolutely incredible. This was hands down the best food and service I have experienced in a restaurant in a very long time! We started with the Elote Nachos topped with carne asada, and they were so delicious that we completely polished them off before I even thought to take a picture! Every single bite was bursting with flavor, and that cheese sauce was truly out of this world. For my main, I ordered the carne asada tacos with hot sauce—they were executed perfectly and packed a serious punch of flavor. My daughter and her mother had the chicken wings (one order of lemon pepper and one pastor), and they were just as spectacular. To drink, the passion fruit Arnold Palmer was phenomenal, and the Shirley Temple was great too. Even though the restaurant was super busy, the service remained completely flawless. We never had to ask for a single thing. On top of that, the hospitality went above and beyond—after we shared a video of my daughter’s great jiu-jitsu practice, our amazing waitress surprised her with a free dessert! It is so rare to find a spot that completely nails both top-tier service and exceptional food, especially all within such a cool, classic diner-like setting. We will definitely be back!
